Did you know that your replicated Alphay websites went LIVE the second you enrolled? Let’s do a quick visit to them to make sure they come up correctly when you enter the username you designated upon enrolling.
Test your 3 replicated website where your Customers will order from and your Personally Signed-Up Distributors will enroll through.The name you submitted when you enrolled was in small caps and no spaces.
– Your Alphay Customer site- www.GetAlphay.com/(yourname)
Make sure you can locate your name on your customer site.
– Your Alphay Distributor site- www.JoinAlphay.com/(yourname)
Make sure you can locate your name on your Distributor site.
You also have a 3rd site, www.ZhiCell.com, which you can test out HERE. In order to make any changes to that name, or if your sites are not properly appearing, call Alphay directly at (855) 257-4295 during their business hours between 11am EST and 8pm EST.
2. Now let’s learn hot to Log Into Your Back Office-
Follow the steps below:
a. Go to your JoinAlphay.com or GetAlphay.com website.
b. Press the SIGN IN link at the upper right.

c, Enter your ID number assigned to you in your confirmation email form Alphay. For USA, (USXXXXXX) or for Canada, (CAXXXXXX) or your Replicated Name you indicated on your application. If you forgot, call Alphay.
d.Finally, enter the Validation Code indicated in the field below.
